Description
xWall Mounted Enclosure for 65 x 120 mm GX Panels
This wall mounted enclosure is designed to house Victron GX remote panels measuring 65 x 120 mm, providing a clean and secure installation point for monitoring displays in off-grid, marine and commercial solar installations. It is suited to installers who need a tidy, fixed mounting solution rather than a panel-flush or DIN rail approach.
Key Features
- Designed specifically to accept Victron GX remote panels with a 65 x 120 mm footprint.
- Wall mounted design allows the panel to be positioned independently of the main system enclosure.
- Provides a protective housing that secures the GX panel in place during long-term installation.
- Lightweight construction at 0.53 kg, suitable for a wide range of wall surfaces and mounting locations.
- Compatible with Victron GX panel accessories within the ASS050 product range (SKU: ASS050300010).
Product Overview
GX remote panels are commonly used to give operators local visibility of system status without needing direct access to the main inverter or battery enclosure. Mounting these panels neatly on a wall requires a dedicated housing, and this enclosure provides exactly that. It holds the panel securely and presents it at a readable angle on any flat wall surface.
The enclosure is a straightforward mechanical accessory. There are no electrical components inside the housing itself. The GX panel connects back to the system via its standard cabling, which routes through or behind the enclosure. This makes it practical for installations where the monitoring point needs to be located in a separate room, control area or customer-facing space.

Installation Notes
This enclosure is a mechanical mounting accessory and does not require electrical installation in itself. For solar PV and inverter systems, installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician or MCS-accredited installer.
