Product Overview
VE.Can is Victron Energy's CAN-bus communication network, used to connect compatible devices such as battery monitors, inverter/chargers, MPPT solar charge controllers and display panels. Some devices on the VE.Can network require a dedicated power cable rather than sourcing power from the data bus. This cable fulfils that requirement, providing a clean, direct power connection to the relevant device.
Using the correct power cable maintains the integrity of the VE.Can network and avoids potential issues caused by incorrect wiring or improvised solutions. For professional installers building Victron-based systems, using manufacturer-specified accessories is the reliable approach to ensuring long-term system stability.
