Description
xVictron Energy RJ45 UTP Cable 0.9 m
The Victron Energy RJ45 UTP cable is a 0.9 m patch cable used to connect compatible Victron devices via RJ45 ports. It is suited to installers and system integrators wiring up Victron equipment where a short, reliable data connection is required between components.
Key Features
- 0.9 m cable length, suitable for short runs between adjacent devices or within enclosures.
- Standard RJ45 connectors at both ends, compatible with Victron devices that use RJ45 communication ports.
- UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) construction for data signal integrity over short distances.
- Lightweight at 37 g, adding negligible weight to any installation.
- Genuine Victron Energy accessory, supplied under SKU ASS030064921.
Product Overview
RJ45 UTP cables are used throughout Victron Energy systems to carry communication signals between devices such as inverter/chargers, battery monitors, GX devices, and other compatible equipment. The 0.9 m length is practical for installations where components are mounted close together, such as within a single cabinet or on a compact wall-mounted board.
UTP construction uses twisted wire pairs to reduce interference from nearby electrical equipment, which is relevant in battery rooms and switchboard environments where cabling runs alongside power conductors. This cable is a standard Cat-style patch cable terminated with RJ45 plugs, and it should be used only with Victron devices that specify RJ45 communication connections. It is not a power cable.
