Description
xVictron Non-Inverting Remote On-Off Cable
The Victron Non-Inverting Remote On-Off Cable (ASS030550220) allows remote switching of compatible Victron devices without inverting the control signal. It is used by installers and system integrators who need to enable or disable a Victron device from a remote location using a straightforward, non-inverted logic signal.
Key Features
- Non-inverting signal logic: the device switches on when the control signal is high, matching standard remote on-off behaviour.
- Designed for use with compatible Victron Energy inverters, chargers and multi-function units that feature a remote on-off port.
- Compact and lightweight at 0.11 kg, suitable for installation in tight enclosures and distribution boards.
- Victron OEM part (SKU: ASS030550220) ensuring correct connector type and signal compatibility.
- GTIN: 8719076036487, confirming genuine Victron product identification.
Product Overview
Victron devices with a remote on-off port can be controlled via an external signal, allowing integration with battery management systems, generator controllers, or manual switches. The non-inverting version of this cable passes the control signal through without inversion, meaning a high signal turns the device on and a low signal turns it off. This is the standard logic expected in most control configurations and avoids the need for additional signal conditioning.
Using the correct Victron-supplied cable matters because the remote on-off port is sensitive to the signal type and connector configuration. A non-inverting cable is the appropriate choice when the controlling device outputs a positive-logic signal. If your control system outputs an inverted signal, a separate inverting cable variant would be required instead.

What Is Included
- 1 x Victron Non-Inverting Remote On-Off Cable (ASS030550220)
Installation Notes
Verify that your Victron device supports remote on-off control via this cable type before installation. Confirm the control signal polarity matches the non-inverting logic of this cable. Connections to inverters, chargers and battery systems should be carried out by a qualified electrician or accredited installer familiar with Victron equipment. For grid-connected installations, ensure all work complies with relevant UK wiring regulations and G98 or G99 requirements where applicable.
