Description
xVictron MPPT WireBox-M for SmartSolar 100-30, 100-50, 150-35 and 150-45
The Victron MPPT WireBox-M is a protective wiring enclosure designed to fit the SmartSolar MPPT 100-30, 100-50, 150-35 and 150-45 charge controllers. It covers the electrical connections on the underside of the unit, providing a tidy, protected termination point for PV array and battery cabling. Suitable for professional solar installations where a clean, enclosed wiring finish is required.
Key Features
- Fits Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100-30, 100-50, 150-35 and 150-45 charge controllers.
- Encloses the battery and PV wiring terminals to protect connections from accidental contact and environmental ingress.
- Designed as a direct Victron accessory, ensuring accurate fitment with no modification required.
- Lightweight construction at 0.175 kg, adding minimal bulk to the installed unit.
- Keeps cable runs neat and contained, which is particularly useful in van, marine and cabinet installations.
Product Overview
The WireBox-M attaches directly beneath the compatible MPPT charge controller and encloses the live wiring connections. This reduces the risk of accidental contact with terminals after installation and helps maintain a professional finish in panel boards, enclosures and mobile applications. It is a straightforward accessory with a specific fit, so compatibility with the correct MPPT model should be confirmed before ordering.
For installations where the charge controller is mounted in a shared enclosure or accessible to non-technical users, a wirebox provides an additional layer of protection. It does not alter the electrical performance of the charge controller in any way. The WireBox-M is the medium-size variant in the Victron wirebox range, sized specifically for the 100-30, 100-50, 150-35 and 150-45 models.
