Description
xVictron MIDI Fuse 30A/58V M6 (Pack of 5)
These are Victron Energy MIDI fuses rated at 30A and 58V, supplied in a pack of five. They are designed for use in DC protection circuits in solar, battery and inverter installations where a MIDI-format fuse is required. The M6 bolt connection suits standard MIDI fuseholders.
Key Features
- Rated at 30A continuous current with a 58V DC voltage rating, suitable for battery and solar DC circuits.
- M6 bolt connection for secure, low-resistance termination in MIDI fuseholders.
- MIDI form factor is widely used across Victron Energy and compatible third-party fuseholders.
- Supplied as a pack of five, providing spares for commissioning, maintenance or multi-circuit installations.
- Compact and lightweight at 15g per pack, with a GTIN of 8719076061533 for straightforward procurement.
Product Overview
MIDI fuses provide overcurrent protection in DC wiring between batteries, inverters, charge controllers and busbars. The 30A rating makes this fuse appropriate for protecting cables and equipment in lower-current DC circuits, such as individual loads or branch circuits within a larger system. The 58V rating covers 12V, 24V and 48V battery systems comfortably within its operating envelope.
The M6 bolt fixing ensures a firm mechanical and electrical connection within the fuseholder, reducing the risk of resistance build-up at the terminal over time. MIDI fuses are a common choice in professional DC installations because they offer a clear visual indication of a blown fuse and are straightforward to replace in the field. Having a pack of five on hand is practical for installers commissioning multiple circuits or carrying stock for service visits.

Installation Notes
Ensure the fuseholder is rated for the voltage and current of the circuit before fitting. Always isolate the DC circuit before replacing a fuse. These fuses are rated for DC use only at 58V maximum; do not use them in circuits exceeding this voltage. Installation within battery and inverter systems should be carried out by a qualified electrician or accredited installer familiar with DC protection requirements.
