Product Overview
The SHS 200 Battery Box is a factory-matched accessory for the Victron Solar Home System 200. Solar Home Systems are typically deployed in off-grid residential and rural electrification applications where a compact, self-contained power solution is required. The battery box forms a key part of that system by providing a safe, enclosed housing for the battery, reducing the risk of accidental short circuits or physical damage in environments where the system may be installed by non-specialist users.
The enclosure is designed to integrate directly with the SHS 200 system architecture. Using the correct, matched battery box ensures the installation remains within the intended design parameters of the system and avoids improvised solutions that could compromise safety or performance.
