xVictron Energy ANL Fuse 300A/80V (Pack of 5)
The Victron Energy ANL fuse 300A/80V is a high-current DC protection fuse designed for use in battery systems, inverter installations and other high-amperage DC circuits. Sold in a pack of five, it is suited to installers and system integrators who need reliable overcurrent protection across multiple installations.
Key Features
- 300A continuous current rating for high-capacity DC circuits.
- 80V DC voltage rating, compatible with 12V, 24V and 48V battery systems.
- ANL format fuse, designed for use with standard ANL fuseholders.
- Provides overcurrent and short-circuit protection for inverters, battery banks and DC distribution systems.
- Supplied as a pack of 5, reducing per-unit cost for trade and multi-installation use.
- Lightweight at 0.1 kg per pack, with compact form factor for straightforward installation.
Product Overview
ANL fuses are a standard format for high-current DC protection in marine, off-grid and automotive electrical systems. The blade-style construction allows for quick replacement and provides a clear visual indication of a blown fuse. At 300A, this fuse is appropriate for large inverter installations, battery-to-busbar connections and high-draw DC loads where cable and component protection is critical.
The 80V rating covers the full operating range of 12V, 24V and 48V nominal battery systems, including those with elevated charge voltages. This makes the fuse compatible with lithium and lead-acid battery banks commonly used alongside Victron inverter-chargers and MultiPlus systems. Always match the fuse rating to the cable cross-section and the maximum continuous current of the connected equipment.

Installation Notes
ANL fuses must be installed in a compatible ANL fuseholder. Ensure the fuseholder is rated for at least 300A and 80V DC before fitting. Fuses should be positioned as close as possible to the battery positive terminal to provide effective short-circuit protection. DC electrical work on battery systems and inverter installations should be carried out by a qualified electrician or accredited installer. Always isolate the battery before replacing or installing fuses.
