Description
xUSED CONVERSOL 8KW WATERPROOF OFF-GRID INVERTER
This powerful 8kW off-grid inverter provides up to 8,000W of continuous pure sine wave AC power from a 48V battery bank. It is ideal for large homes, workshops, farms, remote buildings, commercial installations and high-demand off-grid solar systems.
The inverter can use the mains grid as a backup AC supply when solar and battery power are insufficient. A compatible diesel or petrol generator can also be connected to provide backup power and battery charging.
NOTE TO BUYER: Expect some cosmetic signs on the metal frame, all the functions are working and the latest firmware has been installed - Fully tested by Voltacon

IP65 WATERPROOF DESIGN
The IP65-rated enclosure provides protection against dust and water, making this inverter suitable for demanding environments such as workshops, agricultural buildings, plant rooms, garages and properly installed outdoor locations.
Correct waterproof cable glands and sealed cable entries must be used to maintain the IP65 protection rating.
DUAL MPPT SOLAR INPUT
The inverter includes two MPPT solar inputs, allowing up to 8,000W of photovoltaic panels to be connected across two separate solar arrays.
Each MPPT supports up to 4,000W of solar panels. The wide 90V to 450V DC operating range provides flexibility when designing solar panel strings.
SUITABLE APPLICATIONS
- Off-grid homes and properties
- Solar battery storage systems
- Workshops and garages
- Farms and agricultural buildings
- Remote commercial sites
- Backup power installations
- Plant rooms and outbuildings
- Marine and waterside installations
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION
This inverter must be installed and configured by a qualified electrician or experienced solar installer.
Correctly rated battery cables, DC fuses, isolators, solar protection devices and AC circuit protection must be installed. Battery voltage, battery charging settings and solar panel string voltages must be checked before the inverter is switched on.
This is primarily an off-grid inverter. The mains grid or a generator can be connected as a backup AC input and battery charging source. It is not intended to export surplus solar electricity to the public electricity grid.
