xAdjustable Solar Panel Mounting Bracket for Trapezoidal Metal Roofs
A heavy-duty adjustable bracket for mounting solar panel rails on trapezoidal and sandwich panel metal roofs. Manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel with anti-corrosive treatment. Supplied as a complete set including screws, EPDM washer, rail mounting clamp, and bracket.
Key Features
- Adjustable design for a precise fit on trapezoidal metal (sandwich panel) roofs
- SUS304 stainless steel construction throughout
- Anti-corrosive surface treatment for long service life
- Two adjustable ends for a perfect fit across varying roof profile widths
- Supplied as a complete set: bracket, screws, EPDM washer, rail nut, and M8 bolt
- Mounts aluminium rails horizontally or vertically
Product Overview
This bracket is designed for the Easy-Click style of metal roof attachment, allowing aluminium mounting rails to be fixed horizontally or vertically to trapezoidal metal and sandwich panel roofing without the need for through-roof fixings. The two adjustable ends conform to the raised rib profile of the roof sheet, providing a tight and weatherproof contact point.
The EPDM washer beneath the fixing screw creates a weatherproof seal at the penetration point. The complete hardware set means no additional fixings are required for a standard installation.
To complete a full solar panel mounting kit, end clamps, middle clamps, and 1.2m aluminium rails are required in addition to these brackets.
