Description
xRail-Free Solar Panel Mounting Pads for Trapezoidal and Corrugated Roofs
An economical rail-free mounting system for solar panels on trapezoidal metal and corrugated roofing. Each set of four AL6005-T5 aluminium pads supports one solar panel directly without the need for a full-length rail. EPDM rubber pads provide a weatherproof seal at each fixing point. End and middle clamps included with every order.
Key Features
- Rail-free design: no long aluminium rails required
- Set of 4 pads supports one solar panel
- AL6005-T5 high-grade anodised aluminium pads
- EPDM rubber base on each pad for weatherproof contact
- Simple, fast, and cost-effective installation
- End and middle clamps with Allen bolts included based on quantity ordered
- Compatible with any panel size
Product Overview
The rail-less corrugated pad system eliminates the need for full-length mounting rails on trapezoidal and corrugated metal roofing. Instead, four short aluminium pads attach directly to the roof at the crest of the corrugation profile, each sealed with an EPDM rubber base to prevent water ingress. The solar panel is then clamped directly to the pads using the included end and middle clamps.
The number of clamps and Allen bolts supplied is scaled automatically to the quantity of pad sets ordered, so no separate accessory purchase is required. The system is suitable for panels of any size and is particularly suited to agricultural and industrial buildings with corrugated or trapezoidal steel sheet roofing.

Installation and Safety Notes
Must be installed by a qualified solar installer. Each pad must be fixed into the crest of the corrugation to a structural purlin below. Confirm purlin spacing aligns with the panel and pad layout before ordering. Wind uplift forces must be assessed for the site and compared with the fixing capacity of the chosen screw type.
