Product Overview
The Easy Plan 3M system uses an exclusive bonding technology developed specifically for photovoltaic mounting on metal roofs, sandwich panels, gel coat surfaces, and TPO/PVC membranes. The 3M adhesive tape is pre-applied to the underside of each 195mm aluminium profile, and once the surface is primed and prepared, the profiles bond permanently to the roof without a single hole being made.
This preserves the full waterproofing integrity of the roof membrane and eliminates any risk of leak points. The bond is rated to withstand heat, moisture, and mechanical stress, with a 25-year warranty.
Please note: 3M Primer 94 (sold separately) is strongly recommended for bonding to metal surfaces. It is not compulsory but significantly enhances adhesion strength and durability, particularly under thermal cycling and high wind loads.

Installation and Safety Notes
Must be installed by a qualified solar installer. Surface must be clean, dry, and free of contamination before bonding. Use 3M Primer 94 on metal surfaces for maximum bond strength.
