Product Overview
The Renusol ConSole+ is a well-established flat roof mounting solution used on residential and commercial buildings across Europe. The tray sits directly on the flat roof surface and is held in position by ballast weight (concrete tiles, paving slabs, or gravel) rather than mechanical fixings through the roof membrane. This eliminates any risk of roof penetration and associated water ingress.
The tray is designed to accept a single solar panel and includes integrated cable management channels to keep wiring tidy and protected. Cooling airways beneath the panel ensure the module operates at an efficient temperature. Trays can be arranged in rows and linked to form a complete flat roof array.
The polyethylene material is electrically insulating, so no earthing or bonding of the console itself is required.

Installation and Safety Notes
A structural assessment of the roof must be carried out before installation to confirm that the roof can support the combined weight of the mounting trays, ballast, and solar panels. Ballast quantities must be calculated in accordance with the site wind load requirements. Solar PV systems must be installed by a qualified solar installer. Panel clamps and fixings are required separately.
