Product Overview
The Klip-Lok solar mounting clamp is engineered to clip directly onto the raised seam profile of Lysaght Klip-Lok 406 metal sheet roofing without requiring any penetration of the roof surface. The clamp body is manufactured from aluminium AL6005 and lined internally with EPDM rubber, which provides both a weatherproof seal at the contact point and protection against scratching or damaging the roof sheet coating.
Each unit includes an integrated rail clamp, allowing the installer to attach the aluminium mounting rail directly to the clamp without additional hardware. The result is a clean, fast installation that maintains full roof integrity.
