Description
xConversol V5 Super 5kW Off-Grid Solar Inverter | 48V | 140A MPPT | Bluetooth | Parallel
The Conversol V5 Super is a 5kW off-grid solar inverter and battery charger with a 140A MPPT supercharger, Bluetooth monitoring, removable LCD control panel, and parallel capability for up to 9 units. 48V DC battery input with a maximum float charge of 64V for compatibility with a wider range of battery banks. Suitable for off-grid homes, farms, workshops, and any installation requiring expandable power capacity.
Key Features
- 5kW continuous output
- 140A MPPT supercharger for rapid battery charging from solar
- 48V DC battery input: float charge configurable up to 64V for wider battery compatibility
- Parallel operation: up to 9 units for single and three-phase configurations
- Removable LCD control module: can be installed remotely up to 20 metres from the inverter
- Integrated Bluetooth interface: monitor via Android app (WatchPower, available on Google Play)
- USB On-the-Go support for data upload and download
- BMS communication port: RS485 for lithium battery management
- Configurable AC or PV input priority via the control module
- Grid or generator backup when solar and battery are insufficient
Product Overview
The V5 Super improves on the standard V5 with a 140A MPPT supercharger that can replenish large battery banks significantly faster than a standard 80-100A charger. This is particularly valuable in high-demand off-grid applications where the battery bank must be fully recharged from solar each day.
The floating charge is configurable up to 64V, which extends compatibility to battery banks that require a higher float voltage than the standard 56.4V. The standard bulk charge is 56.4V but can be raised to 64V for appropriate battery types.
The removable LCD module allows the display and controls to be mounted in an accessible location away from the inverter itself, up to 20 metres of cable away. Bluetooth monitoring via the WatchPower Android app provides remote access from anywhere with an internet connection.
