Description
xConversol Max-II 11kW Off-Grid Inverter and MPPT Charger 48V Twin Output
The Conversol Max-II is an 11kW off-grid inverter, solar charger, and battery charger in a single unit. Built around a dual MPPT design with 5500W per controller and 27A PV input current, it handles both smaller string configurations and larger 660W modules. With twin AC outputs, built-in Wi-Fi, and broad lithium battery compatibility, it is a strong choice for demanding off-grid and hybrid residential or light commercial systems.

Product Overview
The Max-II operates at 48VDC battery voltage with a floating charge voltage of 54VDC. In inverter mode it delivers 93% peak efficiency with a 16,000VA surge capacity. The 15ms transfer time for PC-grade loads and 20ms for home appliances ensures continuity during mains outages or generator switching.
The dual output configuration allows the user to assign loads to different circuits, giving priority power to critical equipment while managing secondary loads separately. This is particularly useful in off-grid installations where battery capacity needs to be managed carefully.
The built-in anti-dust kit protects internal components in environments where airborne particles are a concern, extending the service life of the inverter without requiring frequent manual cleaning.
Applications
- Residential and light commercial off-grid solar power systems
- Hybrid installations with lithium or lead-acid battery storage
- Backup power systems for homes and small businesses
- Three phase systems when used in parallel configuration
Installation and Safety Notes
This inverter must be installed by a qualified electrician or solar installer. Battery wiring, DC fusing, earthing, and ventilation must comply with the manufacturer's guidelines and IET Wiring Regulations. Lithium battery BMS communication must be correctly configured before operation. Do not attempt DIY installation of inverter or battery systems.
