Description
xAdjustable Tilt Balcony and Fence Solar Panel Mounting Kit 15–30 Degrees
This adjustable tilt mounting kit is designed for solar panel installations on balconies, fences, and high-rise facades. Constructed from 6005-T5 anodised aluminium alloy and 304 stainless steel, it is built to withstand demanding environments including coastal and corrosive sites. The adjustable angle supports allow the panel to be set between 15 and 30 degrees for optimised solar yield.
Key Features
- Adjustable tilt angle from 15 to 30 degrees
- 6005-T5 anodised aluminium alloy construction
- 304 stainless steel fixings for corrosion resistance
- Suitable for corrosive environments including coastal locations
- Compatible with 60-cell and 72-cell panels from 200W to 600W
- Compatible with metal railings and standard balcony structures
- No specialist tools required for installation
Product Overview
The bracket system uses standardised components sized to fit most commonly sized balconies, with flexible supports that allow fine adjustment of the panel angle once mounted. The anodised aluminium profile resists oxidation and UV degradation, making it a long-lasting option for exposed outdoor installations where a galvanised or painted steel bracket would corrode over time.
The kit is compatible with metal railings and the clamp design allows secure fixing without drilling into the balcony structure in most configurations, keeping installation straightforward for residential projects.
Applications
- Balcony solar PV installations on residential apartments and houses
- Fence-mounted solar panels for garden or perimeter installations
- High-rise and coastal installations requiring corrosion-resistant hardware
- Micro-inverter and plug-in solar systems on balconies
Installation and Safety Notes
Ensure the balcony or fence structure is capable of supporting the combined weight of the panel, mounting kit, and wind loading before installation. Electrical connection of the solar panel must be carried out by a qualified electrician. In the UK, grid-connected balcony solar systems must comply with the relevant G98 or G99 requirements and building regulations.
